Facilitating Anti-racism Bootcamp

Writer's picture: brapbrap

We are living in a moment where some of the hard-won progress toward equity and justice is being challenged.

Conversations around racism and oppression are becoming more difficult, and many organisations will struggle to keep this work a priority.

Some may feel exhausted, others relieved to step away, but for those of us committed to meaningful change, the work must continue.

What will be your response?

brap believes this is a time to step forward with courage and conviction.

Now is not the moment for hesitation or half-measures. This is not a time for giving up.

This is a time for us to find within us the resources, insight, and passion to facilitate anti-racism, even when there is resistance and dissent.

About the Bootcamp

This bootcamp is about you. It will be focused on what in you is called to do this work — your inner strength, your motivation, and your ability to navigate and lead in the space of anti-racism facilitation. Over the course of two days, you will be immersed in hands-on facilitation, self-reflection, and shared learning with a group of like-minded individuals. Together, we will explore your facilitation practice and how to sustain and deepen our commitment to this work, even in the face of obstacles

About you

You must be someone who is engaged in facilitation and who wants to learn more about how to facilitate anti-racist work and develop your practice in this field.
