MULTIPLE DEPRIVATION BY WARD

DEPRIVATION BY ETHNICITY
The graph below shows local super output areas (LSOA) in Birmingham disaggregated by ethnicity and index of multiple deprivation (IMD) scores. As can be seen, there isn't a strong correlation between density of BME population and IMD score. However, there is a clear concentration of LSOAs with high White British populations with low IMD scores and an equally high concentration of LSOAs with a high BME population and high IMD scores.

 

INCOME BY ETHNICITY
